Registration

JURIX registration fees are structured to allow for flexible and affordable participation.

A special registration fee applies to students (‘Student’), including undergraduates or postgraduates (e.g., bachelor's, master’s, or PhD students). An enrolment certificate will be required. Please make sure you mail the certificate to Jakub Harasta (e-mail below).

A special registration fee applies to academics (‘Academic’), including researchers or others affiliated with a university or research institution.

Participants from industry, government, or other institutions are required to select the ‘Other’ package for their registration.

Full registration allows participants to attend workshops on December 11, 2024, and the main conference on December 12 and 13, 2024. The registration covers coffee breaks and refreshments throughout all three days, as well as light lunches and a welcome dinner on December 11, 2024.

Lite packages (‘Workshop Only’) allow participants to attend only the workshops on December 11, 2024, and are available to all three groups of attendees (‘Student’, ‘Academic’, ‘Other’). The registration covers coffee breaks and refreshments throughout December 11, 2024, as well as a light lunch.

Additionally, the conference dinner is scheduled for December 12, 2024. It requires a separate registration (additional package: ‘Conference Dinner’), and there are limited seats available.

Finally, we offer early bird registration until November 24, 2024. If possible, please register before this date, as later registrations will be subject to a higher fee. The registration policy allows us to plan food accordingly and avoid waste. The cut-off date applies to all three groups of attendees (‘Student’, ‘Academic’, ‘Other’).

Cancellation policy:

• In case of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the paid price of the Service will be refunded to the Customer in full
• In case of cancellation by the Customer or the Participant not later than 7 days (including) before the date of the Event, the price paid for the Service will be refunded to the Customer in full
• Cancellation by the Customer or Participant less than 7 days prior to the date of the Conference will entitle the University to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the Service.
• Cancellation by the Customer or Participant on or after the date of the Event shall entitle the University to the full price of the Service.
